The “magic” box explained:
One of the Google files is a large checklist. You will enter students’ names. Then you can enter assignments. My favorite way to use this is for back to school forms. After you enter the forms, check them off as students return them. Then check the “magic” box on the page. All unreturned forms will automatically highlight in yellow! It’s such a fast and easy way to see who needs to return something.

The fonts are set and cannot be changed.
The font sizes are set to auto, which means all text will automatically adjust to fit the space. This cannot be changed.
Text boxes cannot be added or deleted.
Rows cannot be added or deleted.
Columns cannot be added or deleted.
The PDF can only be edited if you open it with Adobe (a free download).
I will not be creating additional lists (for smaller or larger class sizes).
